Nitishia Booker
A highly skilled human resources professional with over 10 years of experience in training and development, leadership development, and benefits management. At TG8 Solutions Insight, as the Senior Consultant, Nitishia leverages her extensive background in HR functions to develop and implement training procedures, staff development strategies, and HR policies that align with business objectives. Nitishia is a strong communicator and excels in HR compliance, policy creation, benefits administration, and employee relations. Prior to joining TG8 Solutions, Nitishia served as an Executive Director of Human Resources at Communities in Schools of the Dallas Region and held various training and consulting roles, including as a Certified Master Training and an independent HR consultant. Nitishia earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Texas at Arlington and is an expert in areas such as FMLA/ADA/EEO/WC, Employee Relations, and Data Management. In her free time, Nitishia enjoys creating beautiful art pieces using her natural creativity.
Kyaisha Jenkins
The Training, Learning, and Technology Consultant at TG8 Solutions Insight. Before joining TG8 Solutions, she worked as an Online Success Coach at Concorde Career College, a leading provider of vocational healthcare education. Kyaisha leveraged her exceptional customer service, facilitation, and technical skills to drive high productivity and academic success. She is committed to using data and observations to drive informed and relevant solutions that create better outcomes and experiences for all stakeholders. Kyaisha believes that technology can play a fundamental role in this process. She is passionate about growth and innovation and sees teaching, training, and facilitation as the key to inspiring others to achieve their full potential and awaken those AHA moments. Kyaisha holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Florida A&M University and is pursuing a Master of Education in Learning and Technology from Western Governors University. In her free time, Kyaisha can be found substitute teaching at local DFW public schools, trying new food, seeking adventure, or enjoying nature.
Tingkai Guan
An undergraduate senior at the University of North Texas pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Learning Technologies with a concentration in Data Analytics. Tingkai's passion for innovation and efficient learning techniques drives him to explore new solutions to benefit society. As the president of the Chinese Students and Scholars Association, Tingkai has organized multiple Chinese cultural galas with 300-500 attendees to promote diversity and awareness. He is also actively involved in promoting equity and accessibility across the UNT campus as the chair of the Undergraduate Student Innovation Advisory Board and the senator of the College of Information. Tingkai is engaged in research on cyberbullying and works to prevent such incidents among high school students while also helping victims. At TG8 Solutions Insight, Tingkai will lead the project management of online course development and design, analyze adult learning data, and create assessments to improve learning outcomes.
